For too long, the food on our tables has traveled hundreds of kilometers, spent days in cold storage, and lost the vitality it once had. I wanted to change that, not just for my family, but for my community.
That's why I started Thabatshimo. Here, at the foot of the Mmutle hills where the soil is warm and the air is clean, we do things differently. We don't have a complicated philosophy. We have a simple, guiding principle:
